Our craft ladies have been very busy this year!

But first off, we would like to say a very BIG thank you to a friend of The Village, who generously donated a huge collection of craft stuff: beads, paper templates, a variety of tools, ribbons, stamps … a truly amazing collection of items that our craft ladies will thoroughly enjoy using this year. We can’t thank her enough for her generosity.

Also, thank you to other families who have donated to our craft stock with various items – it is truly much appreciated.

Last month we made Valentine’s Day cards. These were then sold to the residents and staff at The Village.
It would seem love is in the air as the cards were almost all sold out😉!!

The Craft ladies also learnt the art of Origami, a Japanese technique of folding paper into various shapes with no cutting, gluing or taping.
Then, using their new skills, they created Origami hearts and envelopes.

This month, the ladies had fun arranging beads to make key chains …
