(ie the person who will attend to the admin - eg annual renewals, updating your information, etc.)

(i.e. a person who will live with the primary applicant eg spouse or partner)

Regarding The Village

Admission Criteria
On date of admission, residents must be at least 55 years of age (primary and secondary residents)

When you are provisionally offered a place at The Village, you will be asked for personal information and you will be assessed before you are given a firm offer. Full details will be provided at the time. Criteria for acceptance include, among others:

• You must be of sound medical (physical and mental) condition and able to look after yourselves and a health assessment will be performed

• You must be financially independent yourselves or supported by a financially independent surety (usually a family member) and a detailed statement of your or your surety’s assets and liabilities will be required

Change of Address or Phone Number
It is your responsibility to inform The Village of any changes in phone numbers or email addresses. The Village will contact you annually in March inviting you to renew your subscription to the mailing list. The Village will not accept any liability for any failure to contact you with regard either to units becoming available or renewal of name on the waiting list should either phone numbers or addresses not be correct at the time of contacting you. It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are up to date.
