Our retirement apartments are arranged on the ground and second-floor. We have the highest nurse-to-resident ratio, and some of the largest rooms in the province. All rooms have been designed with comfort and quality in mind and an attention to detail, to appeal to a range of residents.

Please speak to us about our Life Rights options. “Life Right” is simply the “right of occupation” of a portion of The Village for the duration of the lifetime of the occupier at no rent. Payment for the Life Right is by way of a lump sum up front and a levy is payable monthly for the running expenses of The Village, as well as meals.

Please note that our rooms don’t come fully furnished as the norm, should you wish for them to be furnished in the way that they are furnished on our website photos, we offer that service at an extra charge.  Please enquire about that option and the price depending on the size of the room you choose.
